Jesse D. Sutcliffe, PA-C

Jesse is a nationally certified and state-licensed Physician Assistant serving alongside Tristan A. Altbuch, MD. Born and raised in South Florida, Jesse brings his robust understanding of Kinesiology and Physician Assistant studies to aid in providing comprehensive orthopedic care.

Jesse graduated Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida, College of Health Professions and Sciences in 2019, earning his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Furthering his commitment to the healthcare profession, he graduated from the University of Florida, College of Medicine, with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2022. His passion for orthopedics was nurtured while training at UF Health before his graduation.

Before enrolling in PA school, Jesse amassed diverse clinical experiences as a medical scribe and medical assistant in neurology, pediatric urgent care, and family medicine. These roles have equipped him with a broad understanding of patient care and empathy, crucial for his current role working alongside Dr. Altbuch.

In addition to his clinical roles, Jesse also has a solid educational background. He was a lecturer at the University of Central Florida, where he taught anatomy and microbiology. His academic experience extends beyond instruction; he served as Vice President and Education Chair for the Association of Pre-Physician Assistants, highlighting his dedication to mentoring the next generation of medical professionals.

When not serving patients, Jesse’s roots in South Florida draw him to the outdoors, enjoying camping, fishing, and the tranquility of the beach. His personal interests, combined with his clinical acumen and commitment to patients’ well-being, make him an integral part of Dr. Altbuch’s team.
