Thank you for your interest in submitting a sponsorship request to The Orthopaedic Institute (TOI). TOI continually strives to be a respected community partner in the communities where we do business and live.

There are the two types of requests that will be considered by TOI:

Sponsorship Requests: Requests from any type of organization specifically seeking monetary support from TOI for initiatives and/or events, as well as sponsorship in exchange for advertising and promotion.

Charitable Giving Requests: Requests from charitable (501c3) organizations for contributions that support fundraising projects that keep with TOI’s mission to positively impact the communities we serve. If this sounds like the opportunity you are seeking, please complete the form below.

Because of the large number of proposals we receive and the available resources to support them, all requests must be submitted via this website at least 90 days prior to the event for consideration. All request forms must be completed for consideration.
